Return & Exchange Conditions

Within 30 days after you receive the goods, outdoor camping tents, picnic mats, and outdoor ambient lights that meet the following conditions can be returned or exchanged, in compliance with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) mail-order rules:
- Intact Commodity: Unused, unassembled (for tents), unaltered, with original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories (e.g., tent stakes, ropes, ambient light chargers) intact. Picnic mats must be free of stains, tears, or signs of outdoor use; ambient lights must be in undamaged condition with all components.
- Defective Commodity: With quality problems (e.g., tent fabric leakage, broken picnic mat stitching, ambient light failure to power on, missing accessories), or wrong delivery (style/model/size inconsistent with the order).
- Customized Commodity: Can only be returned or exchanged if there are serious manufacturing defects (e.g., wrong logo printing on picnic mats, defective customized tent size); no return or exchange for non-quality issues (e.g., change of camping plans, incorrect customization request submission).

Non-returnable & Non-exchangeable Items

- Commodities that have been used, assembled (tents), washed, altered, or with missing tags, labels, packaging, or accessories.
- Damages caused by personal reasons (e.g., tent damage from improper setup, picnic mat tear from sharp objects during use, ambient light damage from water exposure beyond waterproof rating).
- Final sale items (marked as "Final Sale" on the product page, typically clearance or discounted outdoor gear), no return or exchange.
- Bulk order items (unless agreed in writing at the time of order placement) and personalized gear with unique designs.

Return & Exchange Process

1. Submit Application: Call the customer service hotline or submit a request via the website’s return portal, provide the order number, product problem description, and clear photo/video evidence (including defects, original packaging, and all accessories). The customer service will review your application within 2 business days and issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number after approval. Returns without an RA number will be rejected.
2. Return Goods: Send the goods together with tags, labels, packaging, and all accessories to the designated U.S. return address. For bulky camping tents, we recommend using a freight service with tracking and insurance. For defective or wrong items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label (including freight for tents); for personal reason returns, you will bear the shipping and insurance costs.
3. Review & Processing: After receiving the goods, we will conduct a detailed quality inspection (including assembly checks for tents, functionality tests for ambient lights) within 3 working days.
  • Quality Problems/Wrong Delivery: After passing the inspection, we will process the return or exchange for you. For returns, we will refund the full amount (including original shipping fees); for exchanges, we will ship the replacement item within 2 business days.
  • Return/Exchange for Personal Reasons: After passing the inspection, we will process the return or exchange for you. A 12% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount (to cover cleaning, repackaging, and inspection of outdoor gear), and shipping/insurance costs are non-refundable.
4. Complete Return & Exchange:
  • Refund: The refund will be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection.
  • Exchange: We will send the replaced goods to you via standard shipping free of charge; expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
