We offer shipping services to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam). Shipping to PO boxes is available for picnic mats and ambient lights; camping tents require a physical delivery address due to size and weight.

Order Tracking
- After the order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing the tracking number, shipping method details, and a link to track your package directly via the courier’s website.
- For customized items, we will send production update emails (e.g., "Production Completed", "Ready for Shipping") to keep you informed of the progress.
- You can also log in to the personal center on our official website and view the real-time order and logistics status in "My Orders".
- If the logistics information is not updated for more than 7 business days (10 days for tents), or shows delivered but you have not received the goods, please contact customer service immediately for assistance.
Shipping Notes
- Camping tents are shipped in reinforced cardboard boxes with protective padding to prevent damage; picnic mats are folded and packed in dust-proof bags; ambient lights are packed in shockproof boxes to protect bulbs/electronics.
- Please inspect the packaging for damage before signing for delivery; if damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos of the packaging, and contact us immediately to initiate a damage claim.
- During U.S. holidays (e.g., Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas) and severe weather conditions (e.g., snowstorms, hurricanes), shipping timeliness may be delayed by 2-3 business days, subject to courier notifications.
