Terms & Conditions

Order Submission & Confirmation

- After you submit the order and complete the payment on the official website, it is deemed that a binding sales contract has been formed between you and us, in accordance with U.S. contract law.
- For customized outdoor gear, we will send a design confirmation email (including style sketches, material samples, and customization details) within 2 business days of order placement. Production will not start until we receive your written confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel the order in the following cases: insufficient commodity inventory (for in-stock items), incorrect price labeling due to technical errors, incomplete or undeliverable shipping information provided by you, suspected fraudulent orders (e.g., use of stolen credit cards), or failure to confirm customization details within 10 business days.
- After the order is cancelled, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 3 business days and notify you via email. For customized items cancelled after production has started, a 30% production fee will be deducted from the refund.

Commodity Information & Liability

- Product descriptions, specifications (e.g., tent waterproof rating, ambient light brightness), and images displayed on the website are for reference only. Due to lighting during photography, differences in monitor settings, and product batch variations, the actual product may vary slightly from the images, which is not considered a quality defect.
- All product specifications (e.g., tent size, picnic mat dimensions) are manually measured, with a reasonable error range (±5cm for tents, ±2cm for picnic mats), which is within the normal range.
- We are not liable for dissatisfaction caused by personal preferences (e.g., tent size not suitable for camping group, ambient light brightness not meeting expectations) or incorrect product selection based on outdoor conditions.
- Our quality guarantee is limited to normal outdoor use. We are not liable for damages caused by improper use, extreme weather beyond the product’s rated capacity (e.g., using a 3-season tent in blizzards), accidental damage, or unauthorized modification of the product.

User Obligations

- You promise to provide true, accurate, and complete personal information (including customization requirements for personalized gear) when placing an order. If delivery fails, production delays, or product discrepancies occur due to incorrect information, the responsibility shall be borne by you.
- You shall not resell the purchased products for commercial purposes without our written authorization (except for authorized outdoor gear retailers with a wholesale agreement).
- You shall not use our website or products for any illegal activities, nor shall you upload or transmit any malicious software or content that may damage our website or infringe on our intellectual property rights.
- You shall not engage in fraudulent activities such as malicious ordering, frequent returns and exchanges, or providing false defect claims (e.g., claiming tent leakage from improper setup as a quality issue), which disrupt our normal business operations. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse service and pursue legal liability.

Intellectual Property Rights

- All content on the website, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, trademarks, logos, gear design sketches, and outdoor activity guides, is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws, and is owned by WildCamp Gear or its authorized licensors.
- You may download or save website content for personal non-commercial use only. No part of the website content may be copied, modified, distributed, or reproduced for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
- Infringement of our intellectual property rights (e.g., copying tent designs, using our logo without authorization) will result in legal action, and we will claim compensation for all losses incurred.

Limitation of Liability

- To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to camping trip cancellations, property loss during outdoor activities) arising from the purchase or use of our products.
- Our total liability for any direct damages related to a product shall not exceed the total purchase price of that product.
- We shall not be liable for order delays or failures caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, government regulations, extreme weather) beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer options such as order modification or full refund.

Dispute Resolution

- Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of our products shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and us.
- If negotiation fails, either party may initiate legal proceedings in the state or federal court located in Denver County, Colorado, USA.
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Term Modification

- We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material modifications (e.g., changes to return policies, shipping fees, or liability limitations) will be posted on our website homepage with a 7-day notice period before taking effect.
- Your continued use of our website or purchase of our products after the effective date of the modified terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
